2392
A Victorian silver and mother of pearl child's rattle and teething ring by Crisford & Norris, Birmingham 1880.
The silver body is modelled as a child's head and shoulders above a classical Corinthian-style column, with a mother-of-pearl teething ring at the top and a tapered mother-of-pearl handle below. The small loops around the collar were originally fitted with four suspended silver bells, which are now missing.
